SHIPPING AND RETURNS
As a general matter, orders will be sent through a mailing company within 48 hours after payment.
KNITTING COLLECTION and NATURE products will take between 15 and 20 days to be sent, as they are elaborated under demand and fabrics may not be available.
Shipping costs include postal charges, packing and handling. We advise you to order all your items at the same time. We shall not be liable for any damages caused after shipment, but we make our best to protect fragile products.

Orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will be sent on the first working day following the receipt. Delivery times may increase during sales periods.
Standar. Shipments have a cost of €5 on orders below €49. Orders which match or exceed that amount will have no cost.

The return shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
There are two procedures for carrying out the return:
1. Access your customer area and request a return for one or several items. This is the easiest way and will allow you to control the status of your return. You will receive a notification every time the status changes.
2. Send an email to email@example.com, indicating “Return” in the subject. In this e-mail you shall indicate the order number, billing details, and the product/s you wish to return. You may also complete and send a contact form.
When you are notified (by the same means) that we have received your request, you may send the product or products you wish to return to the address: Calle Real, nº 10, 40216, Chañe (Segovia), including the ticket or purchase invoice you received with the order.
The returned items shall always be presented in perfect conditions and with their original seals and wrapping, as well as properly packed and protected, preferably inside the box where they were delivered.
We recommend that you send the products by certified mail, since we are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to our store.
Freight collect, third party, or consignee billing shipments shall not be collected.
Once we have received and checked the items, you will received the refund for them.
