The present general conditions will expressly regulate the acquisition of products offered through the website www.bebecotte.comand will be accepted by the parties without reservation. Bebecotté reserves the right to modify these conditions. It is the costumer responsibility to check these terms and conditions every time a purchase is carried out and the general conditions in force will be those at the time of making the purchase.
Notifications and other information provided during the purchasing process may be carried in Spanish.
The sale of products offered in this website is carried out by BEBECOTTÉ under the commercial name of "Bebecotté", located at CALLE REAL nº 10, Chañe, SEGOVIA (40216), with NIF 3470200Y.
To contact us, you may choose among the different means established in the Customer Service section.
In order to make online purchases, you need to register in our website by creating a "private account".
You can register at any time through the section "LOGIN" (Create an account) or during the purchase process.
Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the process has been successfully completed. Your access details will be also included.
From your account you will be able to: carry out purchases, check the order history, modify your password, modify your personal data, modify your shipping and billing addresses, correct errors in data entry, subscribe to our ‘newsletter’, write comments and other formalities or arrangements related to your purchases.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS:
A wide variety of products is available at the online store. By clicking on each product, you can access its photography/s, detailed description, main information and characteristics, price and, where applicable, information about colours and sizes.
Products may suffer slight variations in colour or texture with respect to the images appearing on the web due to different factors, as for example, the resolution of your monitor. However, we do our best to keep these images as real as possible.
It may happen that, at the time of your order, a product is out of stock. In this is the case, we would contact you to inform you of the incident and, if necessary, to refund you the full amount paid.
BEBECOTTÉ reserves the right to cancel any order and refund you its price due to lack of stock.
All prices include the applicable taxes and are expressed in the euro currency. In case of ongoing offers or discounts, the original price shall be crossed out, with a clear indication of the definitive discounted price. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated in accordance with the following section. A detailed price breakdown will be provided before the end of the purchase process.
Shipments have a cost of €5 on orders below €49. Orders which match or exceed that amount will have no cost.
You shall use one of the following payment methods: Virtual POS (Redsys). Cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard (both credit and debit). Once the purchase process is completed, the system will automatically redirect you to the payment gateway where you will be asked for the necessary data to carry out the purchase. Bank Transfer. The return shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
The procedure for carrying out the return is the following:

· When you are notified (by the same means) that we have received your request, you may send the product or products you wish to return to the address: Calle Real, nº 10, 40216, Chañe (Segovia), including the ticket or purchase invoice you received with the order.
The returned items shall always be presented in perfect conditions and with their original seals and wrapping, as well as properly packed and protected, preferably inside the box where they were delivered.
We recommend that you send the products by certified mail, since we are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to our store.
Freight collect, third party, or consignee billing shipments shall not be collected.

Once your order has been placed, you shall receive your proof of purchase via e-mail. If you wish, you can request your paper invoice by contacting us at +34 637 015 158, within 15 days of purchase and with no additional cost.
EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY:
We are not responsible for the failure or delay of obligations which may be due to reasons which are out of our control, such as in cases of force majeure or chance.
Although most deliveries take place within the specified period, there may be delays due to data transcription errors, weather, large order volume dates, etc. If so, please, contact us to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
In addition, the fulfilment of the deadlines also depends on third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents or other causes of force majeure which prevent their fulfilment.
These conditions will be governed and applied according to Spanish Law, unless expressly established otherwise.
The present general conditions and any document to which they refer constitute the entire contract, replacing any agreement to which the parties might have come.
